It was a perfect day and a perfect tribute to two very special people in Apohaqui yesterday. I was so happy to contribute Community Investment Funding to build a picnic shelter at Jones Memorial Park in honour of Bob Wiggins and his late wife Marylou. What a beautiful team they were in life and what incredible community volunteers…especially when it comes to the park. I was honoured to cut the ribbon today for the dedication ceremony with Bob and Apohaqui Lower Millstream Recreation Council chairman Dwayne Armstrong. So often in our small communities it’s family friendly projects like this that mean so much because they bring people together.
