First Annual Fundy Sea Shanty Festival in St. Martins

St. Martins was the perfect backdrop for this weekend’s first ever Fundy Sea Shanty Festival. Organizers really chose the right community for this new event. I loved listening to all the traditional sea shanties that sailors sung as a form of story telling those many moons ago. The crowds were amazing, the laughter contagious and the typical sights and favours of this beautiful part of my riding were alive. As minister I was also happy to announce $22,500 in funding for this new festival. #explorenb #fundyseashantyfest
