Olympian Natalie Wideman Visits and Inspires Sussex Softball Players

Olympian Natalie Wideman travelled from Ontario to spend the weekend in Sussex inspiring and developing the skills and techniques of our female softball players from the region and beyond. Natalie was a member of Team Canada, winning a bronze medal at the Tokyo Olympics in 2020.

As minister responsible for sport in the province, I was happy to support this opportunity for our girls. I love to see the development of our athletes….don’t forget New Brunswick is hosting the Canada Games in 2029.
