Sussex Swears In Amalgamated Town Council

Over the years I have had a lot of time with Sussex and Sussex Corner councils. As a reporter I covered years of meetings and I have written story after story on potential amalgamation of the two communities. Sunday was a bit surreal for me, now as MLA, to see the two communities come together for the swearing in of one new Sussex council. There will be a lot of strength gained by this union and the community has elected wonderful representation to make sure that happens.
